Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email once your order has shipped.
This 1-4 day handling window is in addition to the estimated shipping times at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free flat rate shipping on all domestic (United States) orders.
International Shipping
Currently, we have 9 separate shipping regions, and each region has free shipping. See the following regions below:

- All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as Monifare doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).
The list of countries may change periodically.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@monifare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
